Back to Anzac officers died at Gallipoli Home Page
Anzac Day 1916 commemoration at Winton, Queensland.
Note that in this photo 'Anzac' refers (in different signs) both to the sector at Gallipoli ('Quinn's Post, Anzac'),
AND to the holiday ('Anzac Day').
Were these men - who had been to Gallipoli - wrong, and the people in charge of the AWM in 2007, who insist that their 'house style' takes precedence over historical accuracy by
always fully-capitalising the word 'Anzac' - right?
